Regenerate Outcomes support British farms to improve soil health.

We are the leading UK provider of regenerative agriculture education through our collaboration with Understanding Ag, who deliver bespoke farm mentoring.

We also enable farmers to earn revenues for the environmental benefits they are delivering, by monitoring and verifying environmental outcomes such as carbon credits.

Regenerate Outcomes is in an exciting phase of growth, with a desire for as many farmers as possible to benefit from our programme.

We aim to be working with 100,000 hectares of British farms by the end of 2026. We are seeking individuals based in local farming communities to help farmers in their area benefit from Regenerate Outcomes.

The successful candidate will be strongly rooted in a local farming community, either being an active farmer themselves or working in an allied industry, with a good network of nearby farmers.

You will be approaching potentially interested farms with further details of the programme, and guiding those who are interested through the relevant onboarding stages. This will include organising and promoting farm walks and webinars for farmers to further explore our offering.

This is an excellent opportunity to be at the forefront of efforts to improve soil health and return value from environmental benefits to farmers, while helping the industry adapt to a low-carbon future.

The role is intended to sit comfortably alongside other work commitments such as active farming.

  • Currently farming in the UK or work in an allied industry

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Supportive of regenerative agriculture as a route to improving soil health and farm business resilience

  • Good network in local farming community

  • Full UK driving licence, access to a vehicle and willing to travel regionally to engage with farmers
